These Terms & Conditions govern the GES Advisors Safety Training Reminders SMS program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
When you opt in, GES Advisors sends recurring safety-training reminder text messages on behalf of your employer. Each message notifies you that an assigned short safety lesson is ready and provides a personalized link to complete it.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your training assignments.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. GES Advisors does not charge a fee for these messages; standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply.
Opt-In
You opt in by scanning a QR code shown at your monthly safety meeting and entering your own mobile number on the enrollment page, authorizing GES Advisors to send safety-training reminders to the number you provide. Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of attending safety meetings, receiving training, employment, or any purchase.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent, unless you re-enroll. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by GES Advisors.

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our SMS & Privacy Policy to see how we collect, use, and protect your information. Mobile opt-in information is never shared or sold to third parties for marketing.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
